The opt-in screen inside Swarm, republished here so it can be reviewed without an account.
Swarm (Swarm HQ LLC) collects text-message consent inside the signed-in Swarm app, on a user's own notification settings. It is off by default, it is never part of signing up, and it is never required to use the Service or to make any purchase. No number is ever texted without its owner turning this switch on, and no number is ever imported, purchased, rented, or shared.
Consent is collected by Swarm directly from each individual — Swarm is the controller of the mobile number and the consent attached to it. This is what a user sees at the moment they opt in:
Text alerts
Get a text when your commission report is ready.
Texts are optional and separate from your Swarm account — nobody has to opt in to use the service. Opting in signs that number up for automated SMS alerts (report-ready and payday reminders; frequency follows your pay schedule, typically 2–6 msgs/month). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.
Reproduced from the live control in Swarm → notification settings. The disclosure above and the two links beneath it are rendered from the same source the app uses, so this page cannot drift from the product.
Reply STOP to any message to cancel (one final message confirms it), reply START to re-subscribe, or turn the same switch off in the app. Reply HELP for help, or email support@swarmhq.app.
Message frequency varies with your company's pay schedule — typically 2 to 6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Full program details are on the SMS Program page, and mobile information is covered in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
