Swarm (Swarm HQ LLC) sends optional account-notification text messages to users of the Swarm commission platform: a text when your commission report is ready, and payday submission reminders. That is the entire program — no marketing, no promotions, no cart reminders.
Consent is collected inside the Swarm app itself, on a signed-in user's own notification settings — the exact screen is republished publicly at https://swarmhq.app/sms/consent — never on a public web form, and never by import. No number is ever texted without its owner turning texts on there first, and consent to receive texts is optional: it is never a condition of using the service or of any purchase. This is the exact consent language shown beside the opt-in switch:
Turning texts off is just as easy: reply STOP to any message, or flip the same switch off in the app.
